Issue/Introduction

The CH AGENT sometimes exhibits higher memory usage within its VM where it is installed. Follow these steps as the initial troubleshooting measure:

Resolution

The below steps can be followed as initial troubleshooting measures:

a. STOP the CH AGENT service.
b. DELETE the data from this path  C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\perfdata
c. Start the AGENT.
