Issue/Introduction

Effective June 24th 2024, TBS versions prior to 1.13 will no longer be able to pull updates from legacy VMware systems. Registry hosting will transition from VMware systems to Broadcom systems. Versions of TBS prior to 1.13 have a hard coded dependency on the VMware system location.
