Automated_deployment_engine does not start after deploying from Admin Console

Issue/Introduction

After deploying automated_deployment_engine through Admin Console, the ADE does not properly start and this message is visible in the log:

"..... [2064] Controller: Max. restarts reached for probe 'automated_deployment_engine' (command = <startup java>)"

Deploying the ADE probe from the IM works fine.

Environment

DX UIM 20.4.x, 23.4.x

Cause

ADE probe has a simple limitation - it cannot install itself as it needs to replace the new binary of itself and restart again using the new binary. It is not specific to 23.4.1.1, the same behavior is seen for earlier versions also.

Resolution

Use IM when updating ADE probe.
