Flows are not showing up in Aria Operation for Networks

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• Aria Operation for Networks (AON) 6.x
• In UI, the flows counter show "--" for the NSX-T/vCenter data sources instead of exact values.
• When running the query flow where bytes > 0, no results is showing.
• flow-processor logs (logs/flow-processor) is hanged and shows similar error back trace

Environment

Aria Operations for Networks 

VMware vRealize Network Insight 6.x

Cause

The exact cause of the issue has not been definitively identified. However, we suspect it may be a transient issue, potentially arising from temporary network conditions or intermittent system states that are difficult to consistently reproduce.

Resolution

Reboot the affected collector via vCenter (restart guestOS).
