Performance slowness on SELECT TASK page and Task Grid Page when 'Assigned Resources' column is configured.

Issue/Introduction

The Timesheet Select Task page and Task Grid page is taking more than 10 seconds when Assigned Resource column is selected in the list view. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to a 16.2.2 machine which has atleast 10k+ resources
2. Create a CIT and assign all reosurces in the system to this CIT.
   This CIT works like an Other Work in Classic for Investments like Leave, Vacation, Trainings etc.
2. Navigate to Timesheet page - MUX
3. Click on a Time period and Add Task - Select TASK
4. Configure the Column 'Assigned Resource' in the Select Task List page and make sure the CIT from Step 2 is included in the results.
Expected: The page loads quickly in like 2-3 seconds
Actual: The page takes atleast 10 seconds to load. 
5. Navigate to Task Grid Page 
6. FIlter for results which includes the CIT from Step# 2
7. Include 'Assigned Resource' column in the Grid page
Expected: The page loads quickly in like 2-3 seconds
Actual: The page takes atleast 20 seconds to load. 

Workaround: Remove the Assigned Resource column from the list page
