Issue/Introduction

Login failure during upgrade preparation.

Cause

The UIM data_engine is set to use Windows authentication to connect to the MSSQL server, but the logged in user is different than the account used for data_engine.

Resolution

Login to the primary hub machine using the same Windows account that was used to connect to the MSSQL server per:
