Issue/Introduction

Clarity resources can view and submit blank timesheets after the termination date and inconsistencies are noticed for the toast message when the termination date is crossed.  

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Setup required: Classic PPM > project management > Timesheet options> Allow posting of future timesheets
    
2. Create a resource with properties:
   Open for time entry to True
   Track mode=  PPM.
   Hire date: 01/01/2024

3. Assign the user to a task and fill timesheet for a future date in August

4. Enter the termination date for the resource as May 27th (27/05/2024)
    
5. Login as the Timesheet user in Clarity (New UX) and click on Timesheets.

Expected Results: Timesheets for the periods after the Termination date should not be displayed after 27/05/2024. 

Actual Results: Resources can view Timesheets for the periods after Termination Date and perform timesheet actions like submit. 

The Error Toast message should appear consistently post-termination date 'com.niku.union.odf.exception is inconsistent.ODFValidationException: TMA-0905: Resource {A} was terminated on {B}.  Creating a timesheet requires an existing, active, resource who is open for time entry and has a time track mode set.'
