Group rule shows correctly in preview mode but doesn't work when saved

Issue/Introduction

Group rule based on a global collection shows the correct results when 'previewed' but when saved and run it shows no output

Environment

DxNetOps Performance Management 23.3.8

Cause

Corrupt group

Resolution

Delete and recreate the group, and then recreate the rules and the the rules worked as expected
