DX-APM : DX-Dashboards: default universe reverting to another dashboard (ex: XXX)on logoff

Issue/Introduction

DX-Dashboards Enhancement

1) the universe selector should be part of dashboard definition as for users with rights to multiple universes, they must set the universe after switching to dashboard related to different universe.

2) dx dashboards folders should be linked to universe so  user would only see folders related to universes they have rights to view, at present all folders and dashboards are visible but only dashboards that display metrics from universe(s) the user has roles to view will show anything other than empty dashboard panels.

 

To verify> selected 'ENTERPRISE' (as as have tenant admin role), the DX APM - Overview dashboard from the DX-APM Management folder displayed as expected:

>After logoff and back into tenant (not closed the browser ), the current universe in DX-Dashboards reverted to XXX:
