Issue/Introduction

A new TSS was started with a new SECFILE DD and VSAMFILE DD copied by TSSXTEND.

During TSS startup, TSS issued TSS9037E VSAMAIX FILE NOT INITIALIZED and abended followed by U0099 REASON=00000000.

Environment

Component : TSSMVS
Release : 16.0

Resolution

VSAMAIX DD and VSMPATH DD are required in the following environments

- Sharing TSS SECFILE
- Specify INITVSAM=DIGICERT to create TSS SECFILE in TSSMAINS

If the TSS does not match the conditions, VSAMAIX DD and VSMPATH DD are not required for the TSS.

Comment VSAMAIX DD and VSMPATH DD in TSS startup procedure and make sure SHRFILE(NO) in the TSS parameter file.
