Re-creating database for VIP Authentication Hub

Issue/Introduction

When executing the helm charts for recreating the VIP Authentication Hub database.

The error for these tables, is a misconfigured schema.

• Have the schema of these tables is maybe recently changed?
• Have these tables some specific requirements?

Resolution

When re-using a previous backup, use the same MEK key.

When doing a New Deployment with Existing Database, reuse the original MEK as per the documentation (1).

Database Schema changes from release to release.

When using the Demo database, re-install the VIP Authentication Hub from scratch version 3.1.1, considering that users are in LDAP, and only few applications and policies need to be recreated.
