High Speed File Scanning Cluster will not report as green but Data Node is communicating with Worker Node

Issue/Introduction

HSFS efforts are stalled. The data node and worker node configurations are correct. Enforce shows the cluster and reports the data node, but the worker node is not listed and the Cluster shows as Orange.

Cause

The data that front loads for scanning detection has not completed or is in a bad state including index technologies such as EDM and IDM.

When checking the profiles, it shows that the Data Node has no version for each one.

Resolution

Clean up and assure ALL index technology items have gone to the detection server.

First address any in Retry state.

Second address any missing source files for (re)indexing purposes.
