Issue/Introduction

The Revocation Service stops working and the process will not trigger.

Environment

Observed in IM 14.3, 14.5

Resolution

The workaround for this issue is to create a Test Service and assign it to a User with a service duration of 1 day.

Steps to create a new service.

1) On the left pane of the IDM console

Tasks-> Services-> Select create service

Fill in the details with a service duration of 1 day.

2) Now assign the Test Service to a user.

Tasks-> My Access-> Request and View Access

Click on the Request Access button, now search for Test Service, and assign it to a User.

This will trigger the Test service Revocation  and it may start processing the previous services.
