QOS_POWER_STATE data not available in DB for robots that are inactive

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading DX UIIM from 20.4 to 23.4.0 we are not getting QOS_POWER_STATE sample data for servers that are inactive.

Before we used to receive samples as "1" for active robots and "0" for inactive robots.

Now, the data is being populated only for active robots and we have no data for inactive robots.

Environment

• DX UIM 20.4CU8 and later / DX UIM 23.4CU1
• hub 9.38 and later are affected 

 

Cause

Defect DE605295 

Resolution

The upcoming CU for DX UIM 20.4 [Tentative CU11] and DX UIM 23.4 [Tentative CU2] will include a fix for this issue.
