IEW2456E errors applying ptf LU11150

Issue/Introduction

When applying maintenance ptf LU11150 to EARL, it's fails with the messages:

The required DDDEFs according to the ++HOLD were already there yet it fails on the link-edit of EARLSRAM

Cause

With the new maintenance procedures of EARL introduced by PTF LU11150, it's now required to have SRAM installed.

Resolution

Install SRAM, FMID CASR710 using the CCS 15.0 LEGACY paxfile.
