"The selected notification has been deleted by another user" when attempting to access the Bad Senders configuration

Issue/Introduction

When opening the 'Reputation' tab > 'Policies' > 'Bad Sender' configuration page, the configuration is empty and the following error is produced: "The selected notification has been deleted by another user"

 

Environment

Messaging Gateway 10.9.0

Cause

A notification template used by a Bad Sender Policy has been deleted.

Resolution

This issue has been addressed in Messaging Gateway version 10.9.1
