Issue/Introduction

The \iam_im.ear\config\ca_nim.properties file contains some credential information, what is this file, and does it need these credentials?

Resolution

The \iam_im.ear\config\ca_nim.properties is used when integrated with Service Desk. 
More details on Service Desk can be found in the Documentation on Service Desk Management 

You should NOT need to interact with this file.  


If not using the Service Desk integration any credentials can be removed from that file without impact.
