Telemetry is not working, not returning data, just an error message

Issue/Introduction

Telemetry has been setup, but when trying to view the data, only the following message is displayed:

Sorry, the page that you have requested is not available. The link that you have received might be outdated, or you do not have the required permissions.

Environment

Automic Automation v21, v24

Resolution

In order to view the telemetry data, the privilege 'Access to the metrics endpoint of the Automic REST API" is required to be selected. 

This is not required to setup telemetry, just for viewing the output.
