The Managed Detection and Response Report is Blank

Issue/Introduction

The MDR report is showing as blank without any data being provided.

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud: All Versions
  • Managed Detection and Response

Cause

A valid alert was not reported in the Carbon Black Cloud console within the date range of the report.  The report will be blank when there is nothing to report.

Resolution

When an alert with a severity of 5+ is reported in the console then the report will be populated with data for that specific date range.  Any alert with a severity less than 5 will not be reported.
