The Managed Detection and Response Report is Blank

Products

• Carbon Black Cloud Enterprise EDR (formerly Cb Threathunter)

Issue/Introduction

The MDR report is showing as blank without any data being provided.

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud: All Versions
  • Managed Detection and Response

Cause

• A valid alert was not reported in the Carbon Black Cloud console within the date range of the report. 
• The report will be blank when there is nothing to report.

Resolution

• When an alert with a severity of 5+ is reported in the console then the report will be populated with data for that specific date range. 
• Any alert with a severity less than 5 will not be reported.
