IPSLA (IP Service Level Agreement) data is not appearing in the Metric View tab of a device.
Specifically, when attempting to create a new Metric View under the Metric tab of a device, selecting the "ResponsePathTestJitter" Metric Family results in no data being displayed.
All other metric families are functioning correctly.
Observations:
The issue is isolated to the "ResponsePathTestJitter" Metric Family in the Metric View tab.
The performance Report Designer using the same metric family (ResponsePathTestJitter) works correctly, suggesting that data collection for this metric is functioning properly.
The problem appears to be related to the Operational Console (OC) display of this specific metric.

We have pinpointed the root cause of this issue, which stems from special characters in the names of the Configuration Items (CIs).
This problem will be addressed in the upcoming releases, specifically UIM version 20.4 CU11 and 23.4 CU2.
