Access to deployement denied

Issue/Introduction

Since customer upgraded to 8.16.1, we have a strange behavior when user want to open their deployment.

Even if they have the permission to perform operation inside the deployment, there is a remaining "access denied" that refresh the screen every 30 sec.

Environment

vRA 8.16.1

Cause

Its known issue on version 8.16.1

Resolution

Issue fixed on version 8.16.2

Suggested customer to upgrade to 8.16.2
