Resolution

Shmem(shared memory) is part of the total memory (MemTotal). The MemTotal value represents all of the physical RAM that is available to the system. The Shmem value indicates how much of that total memory is currently allocated for shared memory segments. So, shared memory is counted within the total memory and not something separate from it.

 That is the reason did not particularly show 'shmem' in QOS_MEMORY_TOTAL calculation.
