Customizing Email Template configured via Alerting Rule

Issue/Introduction

We have configured a generic alerting rule and would like to customize the email template to send the UPROC label instead of Alert Label in the mail sent as configured in alerting rule. Can it be achieved?

Environment

Component: DOLLAR UNIVERSE

Release: 6.x, 7.x

Resolution

The customization in the Email Template/Content is not currently possible. Please refer Tech Doc Email Notification Content providing more details around predefined email content/templates.

Workaround

We suggest, in the context of current product design, to have specific rule only targeting specific Uproc and the label of the Alerting Rule matches the Uproc label.
