The 'Last Sync Status' attribute is showing errors/failures when portfolio items do not get created on either Clarity updates Rally or Rally updates Clarity. The attribute lookup fields are not editable. Checked Clarity 16.1.3 - 16.2.3 and the mappings for 'Last Sync Status' attribute do not appear to be configurable and read only. The mappings are 'failed', 'failed in Rally' and failed in Clarity'.

2) Select the 'Last Sync Status' attribute
3) Configure the available options
Expected: The attribute lookup fields are editable
Actual: The attribute lookup fields are not editable
Clarity team is reviewing logical improvement / enhancement request how to present the same 'Error Message' to the end user (currently reserved only for Staging Table users) to include on the product roadmap which can be considered for the next PI (FY24-Q4).
