UIM infrastructure manager throwing procedure entry point error after installing IM 23.4.1

Issue/Introduction

We have upgraded our UIM application to its latest version 23.4.1 but we noticed that our IM is still running the old version 4.10 because of which I am not able to see user administration, Create group options, etc...

We have tried to upgrade our IM version to 23.4.1 but unfortunately, we are getting errors.

Environment

• IM 4.10
• DX UIM 23.4.1 (CU1)

Resolution

Customer upgraded IM to 23.4.1 on the Primary but then it threw another error regarding ocx file creation but when logged in to IM it was working.

Logged into the Secondary hub, and upgraded IM via Rt-click "Run As Administrator" on the NimBUSManager.exe installer - from v4.10 to v23.4.1 and it also worked as expected.
