Moving from OI to APM within a Tenant results in Bad Cookie error and no valid web page

Issue/Introduction

Have an on-prem 24.1 installation, single LDAP Tenant with OI *AND* APM within the Tenant.

Valid login to OI, refreshed and current.  Trying to use the 9 point matrix to move from OI to APM *within the tenant* results in Bad Cookie web page 

It looks as though the OI web session cookie is not replicated to APM which is requiring its own session cookie.  So far the only workaround to this is to log out of OI and log back into the Tenant and then select APM.  This isn't very useful as we expect to be able to move between the two components (OI and PM) within the Tenant.  

Resolution

Logout/Login Back In as a workaround. Fixed in next On-prem release. 

 Another workaround was mentioned:

Stay on same page in DOI for 35 minutes then go to APM. Then get 600.
Go to the button to the right of the Cursor Manager Services and hit enter. Can then get redirected APM link correctly (refreshes cookie) . No need for hotfix. This will be in next on-prem release.
