MCS profiles are stuck in deployment

Issue/Introduction

MCS profiles seem to be stuck with the following status:

latestDeploymentSummary = "Successfully Performed pre-requisites for deployment..."

configuration_reader_service_probe.log contains:

<Date> ERROR [Thread-44, com.ca.uim.probe.mcs.readerService.secondary.SecondaryConfigPusherThread] Failed to componse configuraiton pds for hub: /<domainname>/<hubname>/<robotname>/hub

Environment

• UIM 23.4 CU1

Cause

• A robot attached to this hub is in an incomplete state missing spooler probe.  The configuration_reader_service probe is stuck trying to communicate with the robot, but the missing probe is not there to respond

• Only one robot in this state can cause all profile deployments to stall

Resolution

• Redeploying the robot and correcting the installation (or removing the problematic robot all together) resolves this issue. 

• The MCS profiles are able to complete deployment once all robots are complete and functioning as designed.
