Issue/Introduction

Resource Workload portlet does not show the correct allocations when unit of measure is set to % Availability and resource has a term date.

Steps to Reproduce:

In Classic View

  1. Create a project Start Date = 7/1/2024 Finish Date 7/31/2024
  2. On Team tab, add a resource
  3. Make sure they have 100% allocation
  4. Click on Tasks tab and add a task
  5. Assign the resource to the task
  6. Go to Home>>Resource Management>>Resource Planning
  7. Click on Workload tab
  8. Go to Configure>>List Column Section>>Options
  9. Select % Availability from the Work Effort Unit of Measure drop-down
  10. Search for your resource
  11. You will see that they are assigned 100% during July
  12. Click on the resource name
  13. Enter a Date of Termination = 7/15/2024
  14. Save and Return
  15. Let the Time Slices run or run the Time Slicing job

Expected Result - The allocation will still show as 100% because they are allocated 100% until their term date and they should have no availability after 7/15/2024

Actual Result - The term date is not taken into consideration when using % Availability and updates the allocation to 47.83%
