PDA Execution Procedure not found

Issue/Introduction

Database Analyzer (PDA) job failed due to a missing Execution Procedure (XP):

Extracting EXECUTION  Procedure  - xpcreator.xpname                     
    ==> Procedure xpcreator.xpname    was not found - Procedure bypassed
Execution stopped - fatal error encounter - Reason Code 105           

Cause

Execution Procedures are stored in PDA Db2 table PTI.RAEP_PROC_1105. The table was empty.

Resolution

If the PDA table is empty, the missing data will need to be recovered from a backup or unload, or the missing Procedures will need to be newly created.
