Not seeing view for project when checking in or out

Issue/Introduction
There is an issue seeing a data view when checking files in or out from Harvest under a project as no folders are visible to choose. In Workbench, when expanding the data view for the project and state, no folders are visible, not even the top-level repository folder.
Environment
Harvest Software Change Manager all versions, operating systems, and DBMS's
Cause
There are a few reasons why this might occur:
- In Administrator Tool, check the properties of the project in question. Has a repository been added to the baseline of the project?
- Check with your database administrator to see if there have been any changes or interruptions to the database management system. Any new patches installed, any problems on the database end?
Resolution
For cause #1, in Administrator Tool, add a repository to the project's baseline.
For cause #2, request that the DBA restart the database. Then restart the SCM Broker and check to see if the problem persists.
