Not seeing view for project when checking in or out

Issue/Introduction

Customer is having issue seeing view when checking files in or out from DEV under a project as nothing shows up for him to choose from.  In Workbench, when expanding the data view for his project and state, no folders are visible, not even the top-level repository folder.

Environment

Harvest Software Change Manager all versions

Cause

In Administrator Tool we checked the properties of the project in question and discovered that no repository had been added to the baseline of the project.

Resolution

In Administrator Tool, after adding a repository to the project's baseline, the problem went away.
