API-1006 when filtering by Blueprint in Hierarchy module

Issue/Introduction

When trying to filter by 'Blueprint' or 'Blueprint Active ID', no results are displayed in the filter dropdown and an error 'API-1006 : The value '''' for Attribute 'param_obj_type' is not in expected format or is invalid.' is displayed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a few projects (e.g.: Project1, Project2, Project3).
2. Set Parent of both Project2 and Project3 to Project1.
3. Open the Hierarchy module for Project1.
4. Click on Add Filter and select Blueprint or Blueprint Active ID.

Expected Results: Available Blueprints for filtering are shown.

Actual Results: Error API-1006 is shown.
