vSphere Replication Plug-In Endpoint not loading

Issue/Introduction

When you try to access the vSphere Replication Plug-In Endpoint from VRO inventory it doesn't load and throws the below error

Error loading values for field remoteSite(Remote vSphere Site).

Workflows related to this plugin also error out.

In /service-logs/prelude/vco-app/file-logs/vco-server-app.log file you see below errors 

Server certificate chain is not trusted and thumbprint doesn't match
SSL handshake from 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0:44532 to abcvcenter.com failed in 19 ms

Environment

Aria Automation/Orchestrator 8.x

Cause

• There's a vCenter Server endpoint associated with SRM that's missing from the list of vCenter endpoints in Orchestrator's inventory.

Resolution

Accordingly add the missing vCenter endpoint by running the Add a vCenter Server Instance workflow and retry
