The email notification for Identity Manager is not being sent after configuring it. How can we solve this problem?

Environment

Identity Manager 14.5 

Cause

Libraries are not under the classpath

Resolution

The 14.5 SP1 includes a fix for this problem:

The Workpoint mail scripts fail to trigger correctly.

Certain Workpoint libraries are not pre-loaded.

Please deploy v14.5 SP1 to resolve this problem.
