Issue/Introduction

The new systems require that the Security Analytics Gen8 Hardware Installation and Configuration Guide be followed for physical installation as well as initial configuration of the storage.

New Security Analytics systems.

Resolution

The configuration guide for new systems is found at Security Analytics Gen8 Hardware Installation and Configuration Guide

Check that all SAS cables are installed as per the configuration and that the appliance is licensed correctly.
