Service Health Report - Wrong Pie chart in CABI/JasperReports

Issue/Introduction

The Service Health Report pie chart shows as 100% Normal, but it is actually 62.201% Normal and 37.627% Slightly Degraded.

1/3 of the pie should be yellow (37.627%)

Other Service Manager reports show their pie chart accurately.

The issue has occurred since upgrading from CABI/JasperReports 6.4.3 to 7.9.2.

Cause

Data serial number flaw.

Resolution

The fix will be delivered through DX NetOps Spectrum 23.3.12 (should be released by the end of July or early August).
