Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

• Create a new bidirectional automation between Jira cloud and ServiceNOW with any Issue type.
• Map ServiceNOW Sysid and Number fields with Jira custom fields having datatype string.
• Create a new ticket in Jira and sync the ticket via ConnectAll.

Expected Results: 

Both ServiceNow Number and Sysid values should sync in mapped Jira custom fields.

 

Actual Results:

Only Number field is synching in mapped Jira custom field, other custom field showing.

Resolution

• Add below property in "CONNECTALL_INSTALLATION/core/conf/ConnectAll.properties" file.

     TestAutomationName.reference.fields=sys_id,number

• Replace TestAutomationName with your automation name.
• Restart Core Service.
