Not able to reach servers which are connected behind hub

Issue/Introduction

spoke sites are not able to reach servers behind the hub

 

Troubleshooting steps to validate where the connectivity fails

1. Try PING from both source and destination
2. Use traceroute to validate path and see where the packet is dropped
3. Take captures from LAN side of both Spoke and hub edges to verify if traffic received is sent out on other end.

 

Environment

VMware velocloud SD-WAN edges

Cause

Third party core layer issue could be identified with this.

Resolution

Need to check third party device if captures and traceroute are going beyond edge.
