Generating ENI Webhook URL for 3rd Party AI Integration

Issue/Introduction

• Generally Webhook URLs are used for sending real-time data or Notification from one application to another as soon as an event occurs. They enable applications to communicate with each other automatically without requiring constant polling.
• In some external Portals like MIST which uses Webhook URLs, we can add ENI Webhook URL in MIST such that it can send the Data to ENI.

Resolution

Customers and Partners are requested need to provide the following Information to ENI Team, using which they will Generate the Webhook URL.

• VCO
• Enterprise Name
• Customer Name
• ENI domain name
