ESP install package for z/OSMF gets "The file contains data that is not supported by the current level of z/OSMF. The version = 9."

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to Register Portable Software Instance in z/OSMF, receiving the error below:

"The file contains data that is not supported by the current level of z/OSMF.  The version = 9." 

This is for the pax file ESP.V12R0M2.ZOSMF.pax.Z from support portal.

Environment

Component: ESP Workload Automation
Release:  12.0

Resolution

 The IBM z/OSMF level set needs to be at RSU2312.
 
If this requirement cannot be met, then use the 12.0 0000 install package

 CA Workload Automation ESP Edition r12.0 0000
