Issue/Introduction

The DXops Snow interface contains an option to 're-open a ticket if the alarm is re-opened'

This look back is for an exact match (host,message) and will re-open the old ticket associated with the old matched alarm.

Does the All Alarms Column Ticket Action Status show a message other than SUCCESS to indicate it re-opened an old ticket?

Resolution

The ticket action status column just indicates whether the operation was successful.
