The DXops Snow interface contains an option to 're-open a ticket if the alarm is re-opened'
This look back is for an exact match (host,message) and will re-open the old ticket associated with the old matched alarm.
Does this work the same for alarms and situations ticketing? We use custom Situation messages with message variables.
The Reopen ticket feature is only applicable to all alarms (raw alarms), not for situations.
