Instructions to find Product Downloads & Patches for VMware Avi Load Balancer in Broadcom Support Portal

Issue/Introduction

As of May 2024, the Broadcom Support Portal replaces the VMware Customer Connect portal for Avi downloads including Patches. In order to assist with this new portal, the instructions below are intended to assist end users to navigate to a desired version of Avi Product.

Resolution

• Load the Broadcom Support portal web page.
• If you have not registered yet, register.
• Log in with your registered user credentials.
• Use the dropdown next to Username and select Application Networking and Security.
• On the left hand side menu, click My Downloads.
• Choose VMware Avi Load Balancer
• Under Products > Select VMware Avi Load Balancer
• Choose the desired version > Select the version > Choose the appropriate file name and Download. 
  • Example, to download a 30.1.2 Controller OVA:
  • 
  • Selecting 30.1.2 package dir will display variety of images as below, from which you can download required image  
  • NOTE: If you want to download Patches, select Solutions > Choose the desired patch version dir > Download the patch.
