Issue/Introduction

When session timesout/period of inactivity is reached, user not able to log back in.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Log into Clarity Mobile App.
2. Navigate and wait for timeout to occur.
3. “Session Timed out” message appears to user.
4. GO button appears. Click GO button to log in again.

Actual:  User clicks GO button but it keeps looping to same 
“Session Timed out” message.
User is required to close the app and launch it again.

Expected: It should work like other apps, where if a timeout occurs, it presents a login and page and allows user to log in again.

Workaround: 
If logging out of the app, then there is no issue logging back in.

 

Resolution

This is reported as DE81025 and will be under Engineering review.
