Issue/Introduction

It is noticed that either the 'Save' or the 'Save and Return' button is missing in custom object instances.

Cause

Custom UI Theme (Classic UI -> Administration -> UI Themes) in use that hides one or more of these buttons.

Resolution

  1. Switch to an out of the box theme, to verify if the missing buttons get displayed
  2. Alter the custom themes to fit custom requirements.
