Issue/Introduction

We tried to create SAP account from Provisioning Manager by assigning the provisioning role to the global user, it failed with error:
ETA_E_0016<AAC>, Account for Global User 'TestSAP' on SAP R3 Endpoint 'Test_SAP' creation failed: :ETA_E_0004<AAC>, SAP R3 Account 'TESTSAP' on 'Test_SAP' creation failed: Connector Server Add failed: code 1 (OPERATIONS_ERROR): failed to add entry eTSAPAccountName=TESTSAP,eTSAPAccountContainerName=Accounts,eTSAPDirectoryName=Test_SAP,eTNamespaceName=SAP R3,dc=im,dc=etasa: SAP Function call to "JCS@xxxxxxxxx: SAP: USER_CREATE" failed with error type "E" and error message "Password is not long enough (minimum length: 10 characters)" (ldaps://xxx.xxx.x.xxx:20411)

Resolution

After changing the user password to have more than 10 characters, the SAP account creation was successful.
