Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

  1. Create a Rally Software connection that uses and API key

  2. Edit the connection and changes some detail other than the API key

  3. Try to save the changes

Expected Results: 

  • Connection details should be editable other than the access credentials

Actual Results:

  • Saving fails
