Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create an 2 automation between Jira and Rally ex: Automation 1 - story and story Automation -2 Bug and Bug.

2. Create a story from Jira and trigger sync.

3. Then create a bug from Jira and link it to the created story then trigger sync.

4. Check the dashboard and check the linking in the destination. 

Expected Results: 

• Issue link should work without any issues.

Actual Results:

• Issue linking is not happening from Jira to Rallyv2 without value mapping  and record is failing in dashboard and getting error in logs.

• From Rally to Jira working fine.

• After disabling the issue linking in the entity mapping then issue is not happening.
