In ConnectAll Rally Formatted ID getting changed while changing the Rally project.

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create an multi-project automation between Clarity and RallyV2 in ConnectALL 3.4.0 to sync Clarity Projects to Rally Features.
2. Map one of the Clarity field to Project field on Rally for multi-project setup.
3. Create a Feature on Rally side and sync will create a Clarity project.
4. Change the Project on Rally side and it will create another Project on Rally but in activity monitor you will see sometimes it shows Rally Internal Id instead of Rally Formatted Id.(If you have the Rally Formatted Id field mapped in Field mapping, you can notice the changes on Clarity)

Expected Results: 

ConnectAll should only sync or display Rally Formatted Id not Rally Internal ID. 

 

Actual Results:

Sometimes ConnectALL shows the Rally Formatted Id and sometimes Rally Internal Id.

Fix for the skipped syncs is accepted and the fix for some leftover occurrences of the internal IDs in the activity monitor will follow later.
