Issue/Introduction

You are navigating to the CloudSOC IaaS securlets page and get an intermittent Permission Error, depending on which area of the console you navigate from.  

 

Environment

CloudSOC 3.170

Cause

GCP IaaS subscription data for the tenant was missing in the backend.

Resolution

Please contact support. 

Additional Information

Engineering is further investigating on why the provisioning flow did not publish the IaaS subscription data automatically so this does not happen again.
