Rally- Unexpected error occured when trying to update or rename a Feature State Value and a Work Rule is active.

Issue/Introduction

When trying to update/delete the value of a Feature State and a Work Rule is active the following error is given:

Cause

This error happens when there is a work rule dependent on a state and that state has been updated/deleted

Resolution

To fix this error the Work Rule would need to be delete/disable and a new Work Rule created with the new state.
